1. Shipping Policy

• Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 2 - 5 business days, depending on your delivery address.

• Origin of Shipment: All orders are currently shipped directly from Vietnam.

2. Exchange & Return Policy

• You have up to 7 days from the delivery date to exchange items purchased on TOKYO STREET.
  
• Please submit an exchange request via our contact section or message our fanpage for assistance within 24 hours.
• Requests must include a clear unboxing video showing the shipping label and the full unboxing process.
• Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Once the returned package is delivered, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection.
• After inspection, please allow 24-48 hours for refund processing (applicable to manufacturer defects).
• Refunds will be issued to your provided payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for TOKYO STREET items not purchased directly from BAPE BLACK.

3. Disclaimer
Frequent returns or unusual activities will be flagged by our system. If we detect misuse of our return policy, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse future orders and cancellation requests. Please review our Terms & Conditions.

We will refuse returned packages that do not use the provided return shipping label. Any modifications to the label will not be accepted.
